2. Eligibility

• You must comply with all local, state, and national laws regarding online predictions, gaming, and rewards.
• You must not use the app for illegal activities, fraud, or any unauthorized purposes.

3. Account Registration

• Users must sign up using a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Predictions & Points System

• Users participate in event-based predictions by selecting options in polls before the closing time.
• Correct predictions earn points, which accumulate in the user’s account.
• Points have no cash value and are only redeemable as per our reward system.
• The decision on prediction results is final and based on publicly available information.

5. Rewards & Redemptions

• Users can redeem accumulated points for rewards such as gift cards, badges, or other perks.
• Rewards are subject to availability and may change at any time.
• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the system may result in the forfeiture of points and account suspension.
• Trale reserves the right to refuse reward redemption if fraudulent activity is detected.

Disclaimer: Rewards are not guaranteed. Monthly rewards for top scorers are dependent on available funds or sponsor support. We reserve the right to pause, delay, or cancel reward distributions at any time.

6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

• Users must respect others and avoid offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language in comments and discussions.
• No spamming, self-promotion, or unauthorized advertisements.
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Advertisements & Monetization

• Trale displays ads to generate revenue.
• Some features may require a premium subscription or in-app purchases.
• Users acknowledge that clicking on third-party ads is at their own risk, and we are not responsible for external sites or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trale is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial losses, incorrect predictions, or missed rewards due to technical issues. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of prediction outcomes.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect and store user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be sold to third parties. Users may request account deletion and data removal at any time.

10. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms & Conditions. Users can voluntarily delete their accounts via the app settings.
